Autumn House Inc. is a 68-suite seniors housing complex located at 790 Wellington Avenue governed by its own Board of Directors. Bethania Housing & Projects Inc. has been under contract to provide management and administrative services since January 1, 2008. There continues to be a 1 to 2-year wait list for new tenants.
